What are the accepted payment methods?
Currently, we are accepting the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Direct Bank Transfer

How can I use my Gift Card?
There are multiple ways to redeem your Gift Card.
If you are logged in then the first way to redeem your Gift Card as follows:
- Once you have added at least one Product to your cart. Go to your Cart.
- Now that you are on the Cart page. The DOM Parts website will display your available Coupons. Simply click on the coupon you would like to redeem and the website with apply that amount off your Order.
If you are not logged in or don’t have an Account then you can redeem you Gift Card as follows:
- Once you have added at least one Product to your Cart. Go to your Cart.
- Now that you are on the Cart page, enter the Gift Card Code in the Coupon Code Text Box and click ‘Apply Coupon’ button.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
If you have an Account then you can simply make sure you have at least one Product in your Cart, then go to your Accounts Coupons section. Once on the Accounts Coupons Page you will see all your Available Coupons and their balances.
Fraud Prevention: Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode
At DOM Parts we care about you security while shopping with us. That is why we use the latest credit card technologies, Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode.
Why do we use it?
We take online fraud and credit card theft seriously and do our best to provide an exceptional level of protect for our customers privacy and data security.
How does it work?
When you place an order on DOM Parts using your credit card and details are securely sent to your bank or financial institution to authenticate and authorise. If the bank or financial institution is not certain if the transaction is fraud they will request authorisation by their designated method. For example, they may send you a code via SMS (mobile number on file with your bank). Once you have responded with the credentials the bank will validate the transaction. Once that has been validated, your order will then be validated by our fraud prevention rules. Once approved you order will begin being processed and shipped to you by our team.
In some cases your order may not pass our fraud validation rules. Your order will either be blocked or put in review. If your order is put in review we will check over your order and contact you.
What if I am not enrolled?
Fortunately most major banking and financial institutions automatically enroll their customers for Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. However, if your card is not enrolled, this means that either the bank that issued the card is not yet supporting these services or it means that the card holder has not yet been registered for them. If you are not registered and your financial institution requests verification from you via the DOM Parts website you will not be able to finalise your purchase with us. It is highly recommended for a smooth, safe & secure shopping experience that you register for these services if you discover that you are not registered.
What if my card is enrolled
If your card is enrolled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode by your bank or financial institution, the DOM Parts website will automatically use these services to protect your online transactions with us.
