Can I return an item?

Yes, you may return an item as long as it is within 30 days of your purchase and it is in its original and unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

How do I return an item?
  1. Please click here to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number#.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
What are the returns exceptions?

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Is there a restocking fee?

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Can I exchange a product?

If your item is still in new condition, you may exchange your product item for a different item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
